I’ve tried to create Muppet designs in the past, but I haven’t been able to come up with a good one as of yet.

But if I came up with one, it would most definitely be a monster Muppet. Something in the style of Telly or Rosita. She’d probably be silly and spazzy. And like to annoy Oscar. Yesssss.
